Musel Law Offices specializes in property law, civil law, commercial law, and personal status issues. Our major specialty is contracts, particularly property contracts, as well as property status changes, mainly (but not exclusively) in Yavne'el. Our firm operates two offices, a northern office in Yavne'el, as well as an office in Tel Aviv. In addition, the firm cooperates with the following firms: · Adv. Miriam Armon - A leading law firm in Ma'alot, specializing in property law.
We cooperate with the firm on cases involving tort law and property law.
· Adv. Ami Navon - This Beer Sheva law firm specializes in property law (unique specialization in Israel Land Administration properties).
· Eitan Lieberman and Co. Law Office - This Tel Aviv law firm specializes in tort law, insurance law, labor law, and more. Our firm maintains business relations with engineering firms, architectural firms, urban planners, surveyors, and more. We also specialize in cases involving the Commonwealth of Independent States, which are handled by our special advisor, Gary Arinson.

 Our "Home Field" - Yavneel

Our firm's major goal is to develop real estate in Yavne'el, a relatively sleepy town, located halfway between Kfar Tavor and Kinneret. Yavne'el is made up of 30,000 dunams of land, most of it privately owned ("Tabo"). We represent individuals and companies in plot purchasing and selling contracts, and are naturally familiar with the Yavne'el area. We believe that precisely because of the relative slump in Israeli real estate, and the fact that Yavne'el is still sleepy, now is the time to invest in Yavne'el properties. Please note: Most of Yavne'el properties are privately owned.

Yavne'el Properties
Yavne'el's privately owned agricultural properties are divided to three types: The "external" properties, which are located far from the Urban Construction Plan's "blue line" (low cost); properties adjacent to the town; and properties within the town. Land release: Our firm handles property status changes from agricultural status to construction status. Construction land: We provide consultation for property acquisitions, improvement, potential buyers, etc. Collaboration: Our firm maintains business relations with various engineering firms, architectural firms, urban planners, surveyors, and more.
Poriah Elite
Poriah Elite is a settlement our firm has recently become interested in. Poriah Elite's main advantage is that individuals from northern and central Israel have discovered the spectacular view from its heights, overlooking the Golan Heights, Mt. Hermon, the Sea of Galilee and the Jordan Valley, up to Beit She'an. The view as a financial leverage: Poriah's view is a major business asset for the region. The population makeup in Poriah has changed dramatically over the last decade, with the increase in academic inhabitants: Physicians, judges, lawyers, insurance agents, businessmen, etc.
